Originally from Harlingen, Texas, Mark graduated from Texas A & M University with a B.S. in Agriculture in 1973. He has lived in Devine, TX, for the past 40 plus years and loves calling this place home. He is a San Antonio Livestock Show Life member as well as a member of both the Devine Chamber of Commerce and Lytle Chamber of Commerce. He has also enjoyed volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, the Devine Food Bank and working with local schools, 4-H and local youth sports associations.
